Flash
FLASH is what we use on the A & G web site because it is works on 97% of the computers. It is vector based so it is immediately viewable with almost any broad band connection. We advise using this format if you arenšt sure when, where, or how the video will be viewed.

Quicktime
Quicktime has good visual and sound quality. It is used by a wide range of corporations on both Windows and Mac computers but it takes longer to load and is not nearly as ubiquitous as Flash.
